For customers in Kathmandu, Lalitpur, and Bhaktapur, we offer the fastest possible delivery so you can begin therapy without delay.

  • Delivery Time: Same-day or next-day delivery (orders before 2:00 PM).
  • Expert Setup: Technician support for initial setup and mask fitting (subject to availability).
  • Delivery Fee: Free or NPR 150–200 depending on order value.

2. Nationwide Delivery (Outstation)

We proudly deliver CPAP and BiPAP equipment across Nepal, including:

  • CPAP & BiPAP Machines (Sales): FREE nationwide shipping.
  • Accessories & Masks: Flat fee of NPR 150–300 for outstation delivery.
  • Rental Units: Two-way shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for outstation rentals.

4. Secure Medical Packaging

CPAP and BiPAP devices are sensitive medical electronics. To ensure safe transit across Nepal’s road conditions:

  • Multi-layer protective bubble wrap is used for all machines.
  • Devices are shipped in original manufacturer-padded carry cases.

5. Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Confirmation: You will receive a call or WhatsApp confirmation from our Kathmandu office.
  • Tracking: Outstation orders include a courier tracking or consignment number.

6. Receiving Your Package

Q: What if my machine gets damaged during shipping?
