  • Risk of Loss: Once handed to the courier with tracking provided, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Hygiene Policy

  • Opened Hygiene Items: Masks, tubing, and filters are non-returnable once opened.

7. Rental Terms

  • Rental devices remain the property of CPAP Nepal.
  • A rental agreement and security deposit are required.
  • The customer is responsible for daily cleaning and basic care.

8. Limitation of Liability

CPAP Nepal shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, including health complications or data loss from smart devices.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu.
